Lichen Planus
Lichen planus is a common, non-contagious, inflammatory condition that can affect the skin, mouth, nails, and genitals. It typically presents as itchy, flat-topped, purplish bumps on the skin and lacy white patches in the mouth, sometimes with painful sores. While the exact cause is unknown, it's thought to be related to an immune system reaction.
